COURSE OVERVIEW
This 2 day workshop provides an excellent introduction to Project Management and a fast track to understanding the roles and processes that ensure Project success.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

  • Align the importance of Lead Strategy & Proposal Development within the Lifecycle Model for Consulting Engagements
  • Understand and align elements such as the client's overriding problem, triggering event, objectives, deliverables, and benefits
  • Develop persuasive value propositions
  • Analyze and strategize the buyers, including buying roles, hot buttons, individual benefits, and receptivity
  • Identify and strategically place themes derived from buyers' hot buttons, the potential client's evaluation criteria, and your counters to the competition
  • Conduct red team reviews to increase probability of winning
  • Understand the "generic structure" of proposals and create the following sections: situation, objectives, methods, qualifications, and benefits

FEES: Kshs. 25,000/- (Exclusive of VAT 16%)

Terms and Conditions of Payment
Fees are payable strictly in advance, (4 working days before the starting date).
Cancellations made within 5 working days of a course will incur a 20% cancellation fee. We regret that no cancellations will be accepted within 2 working days of a course, but substitutions may be made.


NB/Non-Eastafrican students pay 25% more on all charges.
